  • Account Coordinator

    JOB PURPOSE

    On a day-to-day basis, the Account Coordinator assists and supports the operations of the Account Management Team, specifically, the Account Director/Account Executive.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Supports all aspects of day-to-day account management
    • Maintains necessary performance tracking and media databases
    • Learns and is able to maintain MAP software data upload & maintenance process
    • Fosters a positive relationship with key team members at all levels of the client organization
    • Works cross functionally with other areas of agency
    • Stays abreast of industry trends, business opportunities and best practices.
    • Maintains positive relationships with third party client relationships as may be required (e.g. – creative relationships, etc.)

  • Account Director

    JOB PURPOSE

    The Account Director will be responsible for the overall management of his/her account(s) or line of business. The Account Director represents the Agency’s senior management on a day-to-day basis at the Client and within the Agency. The Account Director plays a key role in developing subordinates.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Leads team in developing media strategies, tracking and analyzing media and creative performance and provides strategic insights and direction to client
    • Delivers overall revenue and profit production of their dedicated account
    • Owns all aspects of day-to-day account management
    • Peer management of cross functional teams to assure that client requirements are delivered
    • Fosters a strong strategic relationship with key team members at all levels of the client organization
    • Works cross functionally with other areas of agency to increase company-wide revenue production within the account
    • Stays abreast of industry trends, business opportunities and best practices
    • Provides insight and ideas for agency development to Senior Management
    • Manages third party client relationships as may be required (e.g. – creative relationships, etc.)

  • Account Manager

    JOB PURPOSE

    The Account Manager will be responsible for supporting the overall management of his/her account(s) or line of business. The Account Manager represents the Agency’s management on a day-to-day basis at the Client level. The Account Manager plays a key role in developing subordinates.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Leads and supports efforts to engage with clients to identify key strategic goals and formulate innovative, actionable media plans that meet or exceed goals and drive client business
    • Builds strong relationships with clients and manage day to day relationships
    • Fosters a strong strategic relationship with key team members at all levels of the client organization
    • Provides support in day-to-day communications with the client, handling requests including plan revisions, budget changes, media POVs, marketplace updates

    • Partners with all cross-functional teams to assess performance, recommend optimizations and develop media plans to best maximize ROI

    • Thorough knowledge and experience in digital marketing/digital video, including Facebook, Instagram and DBM; VOD and TVE/OTT a plus skills

  • Business Analyst

    JOB PURPOSE

    The Business Analyst will act as the key interface between end users, analytics, and the business/application development team through analysis of existing applications, processes, and databases, frequent and effective communication between groups, requirement development, and extensive documentation. Key tasks include preparing detailed business requirements analysis, documentation, and some user acceptance testing.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Perform business requirements analysis. Identify and resolve gaps between business-side requirements and technological/development needs and capabilities
      • Defines and prioritizes requirements, solicits feedback, and gains consensus before prior to development
      • Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders
    • Creates comprehensive business requirements documents at the onset of each development cycle
      • Translates business needs into a technical roadmap to guide developers through the project
      • The document will be specific and thorough enough to inform stories and sprints
      • Work very closely with the development team for each sprint and task. Own and confirm story details, answer questions, and maintain application requirement documents.
      • Communicate the results of your efforts, insights, and plans to cross-functional team members and management
    • The business analyst is the sole proprietor of all application and database documentation including application handbooks
    • Performs user acceptance testing and ensures solutions satisfy business needs and requirements
    • Under the direction of the Development Operations Director, collaborate over the management of projects, development of project plans, and monitoring of performance/progress towards deadlines
    • Lead through ongoing development projects and ongoing reviews of business processes.
    • Engage with business leaders and analytics team members to identify opportunities to improve existing processes and applications through development, automation, and technology
    • Balance business needs with organizational technical capabilities and financial resources
    • Attend internal departmental and client meetings with a keen ear towards identifying opportunities for positive change
    • Stay up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.

  • Business Intelligence Analyst

    JOB PURPOSE

    Working closely with the analytics and account teams, the Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing data visualization for the organization. This individual will be expected to deliver unique business insights by packaging data in ways that will assist clients and internal teams in understanding complex analyses and data trends.  The Business Intelligence Analyst will also support the data democratization movement for the agency identifying insights for specific audiences that will enable all levels of employees to leverage data for decision-making.

    A successful candidate will work collaboratively across departments to understand the business needs for data visualization and proactively make recommendations as to the best way to present data in an easily digestible format. The role will require a strong knowledge of BI tools, but also must be able to see connections and make meaning out of the data available. He/she will be solution oriented, self-start, work effectively independently and as part of a larger team, and be a strong communicator.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Maintain and advance the capabilities of existing dashboards ensuring functionality and customization where necessary
    • Spearhead data visualization projects focusing on analytics and media reporting
    • Extract data from databases and manage all necessary transformation processes for data presentation, including data joins across multiple sources
    • Proactively seek opportunities to improve data quality and operational efficiency
    • Collaborate with the database administrator to create daily reports through SQL to track the efficiency and accuracy of automated systems
    • Provide thought leadership on BI tools and stay abreast on developing trends for data and analytics visualization
    • Translate complex data and analysis into easily understood visualizations
    • Develop visualizations and alerts that will identify emerging performance trends and issues
    • Analyze, develop, and create reports
    • Be familiar with API usage and manipulation for automated data feeds

    The Analyst will demonstrate:

    • Extensive data management experience in analytic platforms and business intelligence tools, dashboards, and reports with specific expertise in SQL
    • Adept usage of data visualization tools with expertise in Tableau
    • Ability and desire to learn new BI tools where advantageous
    • Effectively communicate to all levels both within the company and with clients
    • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment meeting deadlines and prioritizing projects while retaining high-level of work quality
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to deliver results independently under minimal direction or supervision
    • Strong analytical skills including ability to think critically, apply data analysis techniques to derive insights, identify outliers in large data sets, and think creatively to resolve problems and develop solutions
    • Statistical and predictive analytics experience a plus

  • Digital Media Buyer - Programmatic

    JOB PURPOSE

    The Digital Media Buyer – Programmatic is responsible for the implementation of daily management and optimization of assigned programmatic campaigns. This position will assist in strategy and planning responsibilities including research and insights derived from past campaign performance and cross client learnings.  A thorough, hands on knowledge of programmatic media, Google’s Double Click Ad Products (DBM & DCM), AdWords and Facebook Power Editor is required. A critical eye for detail and a love for data analysis is a must.  Experience with online video campaigns and accounts that focus on ROI is a strong plus.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Own the day-to-day management and optimization of assigned programmatic campaigns
    • Pulls and analyzes campaign performance reports to inform daily optimizations and testing recommendations
    • Ensures that campaign KPIs and objectives are met both near and long term.
    • Prepares research and insights to inform ongoing media recommendations
    • Manages budget allocations and bid parameters to deliver most efficient results
    • Works with Digital Media Assistant to prepare weekly client reporting
    • Assists with account reconciliation

  • Digital Media Supervisor

    JOB PURPOSE

    The Digital Media Supervisor is responsible for all digital campaign strategy, buying, reporting, analysis and optimization.  This is a client facing role working with both the client and internal account teams. A thorough, hands on knowledge of programmatic media, Google’s Double Click Ad Products (DBM & DCM), AdWords and Facebook Power Editor is required. A critical eye for detail and complete accuracy are a must.  Experience with online video campaigns and accounts that focus on ROI is a strong plus.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Works with client account team to develop and present digital media strategies and plans for client approval.
    • Owns the day-to-day media campaign logistics through entire planning cycle across several clients
    • Develops efficient and effective plans based on a range of client goals and KPIs
    • Analyzes tracking reports to derive insights for client reporting and campaign optimizations
    • Prepares research and insights that substantiate recommended media strategies and tactics
    • Works with Ad Ops team to insure that campaigns are properly launched
    • Collaborates with internal account teams in post-campaign analysis and develops recommendations for ongoing media buys
    • Follows all company health and safety procedures
    • Performs other related duties as required or assigned
