  • Account Director

    JOB PURPOSE

    The Account Director will be responsible for the overall management of his/her account(s) or line of business. The Account Director represents the Agency’s senior management on a day-to-day basis at the Client and within the Agency. The Account Director plays a key role in developing subordinates.

  • Account Manager

    JOB PURPOSE

    The Account Manager will be responsible for supporting the overall management of his/her account(s) or line of business. The Account Manager represents the Agency’s management on a day-to-day basis at the Client level. The Account Manager plays a key role in developing subordinates.

  • ASP.NET Full Stack Web Developer

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    The ASP.NET Full-Stack Developer will be responsible for developing new and maintaining (enhancements and fixes) business solutions in MS ASP.NET technology stack (HTML/jQuery/CSS/JSON/Bootstrap, C#, ASP.NET MVC/Core, and MS SQL Server objects). The developer will work alone and, in a team, developing and supporting important applications. The developer will report to the Software Development and Operations Director.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Design and develop (enhancement and maintenance) new software solutions using the ASP.NET technologies such as C#, ASP.NET MVC/Core, and MS SQL Server objects such as Stored Procedures, Views, Tables, Index, etc.
    • Interact with Analytics, Traffic, Research, and other business teams regularly to gather business requirements, perform analysis to generate a delivery timeline, coordinate User Acceptance Testing, and support production defects and issues.

  • Associate Director, Media Strategy

    JOB PURPOSE

    The Associate Director, Strategy constructs the strategic foundation for media channel development. The Associate Director, Strategy will play a key role in developing media strategy and makes insightful recommendations consistent with the approved strategy. As a key agency contact, he/she maintains strong relationships with the internal account services and media departments. The Associate Director, Strategy applies his/her knowledge of industry trends and Ocean Media’s consumer/channel insight resources to offer the clients fresh thinking.     • Guides the team in translating client goals into strategic media solutions that grow our client’s brands, and ensure strategic consistency across all elements of media plan development and implementation

    JOB PURPOSE

    The Digital Media Buyer – Programmatic is responsible for the implementation of daily management and optimization of assigned programmatic campaigns. This position will assist in strategy and planning responsibilities including research and insights derived from past campaign performance and cross client learnings.  A thorough, hands on knowledge of programmatic media, Google’s Double Click Ad Products (DBM & DCM), AdWords and Facebook Power Editor is required.   • Digital Traffic Manager

    JOB PURPOSE

    The Digital Traffic Manager helps ensure the proper technical implementation of ads and tracking for digital marketing campaigns in various systems. The position maintains effective communication about needed assets, information, and timelines with the Senior Digital Ad Ops Manager, Media Buyers, Account Executives, Publishers, Clients, and Creative Partners.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assists the Senior Digital Ad Ops Manager with any and all duties
    • Coordinating campaign launch and setup with Media Buyers and accurately build DCM campaigns placements according to trafficking sheet or IO
    • Accurately upload and assign creative in DCM, Facebook, DV360 and The Trade Desk
    • Maintains records of all traffic tasks for all digital campaigns
    • Create and distribute digital traffic materials to publishers when requested
    • Q/A all digital creative to be trafficked within DCM and Facebook
    • Adjust creative to adhere to specific publisher specifications
    • Obtains and negotiates approval for creative from publishers
    • Provides buyers with up to date approval status on all creative
    • Preserves client creative assets in an in-house archive
    • Troubleshoot issues with campaigns, creative and implementations as they arise in a timely manner

    As the media landscape continues to evolve, podcasts and digital audio represent a unique way for advertisers to connect with consumers.

    The Director, Podcast & Digital Audio Strategy will be responsible for continuing to grow and build the digital audio media buying and strategy team, evaluating new measurement, buying and research tools and managing key publisher and ad tech partnerships.

    This position also supports the client service teams, and has regular interaction with clients. This role represents the Agency on a day-to-day basis with both current clients and prospective clients. This position participates and contributes to the continued growth of the department by providing strategic direction and participating in the management and mentorship of direct reports.

  • Media Analyst

    JOB PURPOSE

    At Ocean Media, Analytics plays an integral role in our agency ethos and value proposition to clients.  As such, the Media Analyst will play a key role in driving and supporting customer and agency success.  Under the direction of analytics’ senior management, the ideal candidate will be able to independently answer measurement questions specific to campaign performance and trends and forecasts, across linear TV, streaming, and digital video.  Collaboration with internal media and account teams as well as interaction with client marketing teams is expected. Additionally, the analyst will be expected to learn and leverage proprietary software applications, databases, and dashboards in conjunction with academic and professional analytics training in support of client and internal measurement assignments.

    As the analyst becomes more experienced with the role and industry, he/she will be relied upon to help drive new data initiatives, including participation in the development of new proprietary measurement tools and databases, reassessment of existing processes, and the publication of analytics newsletters and white papers.

    Ideal candidates will be critical thinkers, intellectually curious, eager to contribute solutions to complex questions, detail oriented, quick learners, and self-motivated.  He/She will be experienced enough to pull from a broad analytics library of skills and methodologies and motivated to continue to learn independently and from teammates for the purpose of providing high-level analysis aimed at providing solutions and driving agency and client initiatives.

    JOB PURPOSE

    The position of Media Negotiator is responsible for negotiating, planning, buying and maintaining media buys in close liaison with their supervisor. This position is continuously developing and creating media strategies based on client objectives. Media Negotiators require attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.  Media Negotiators must have the ability to manage multiple projects, communicate effectively, be deadline-driven and have strong negotiation skills.

    • Plans, negotiates, buys and maintains media schedules in conjunction with Media Supervisor
    • A Media Negotiator will be responsible for smaller billing clients and will negotiate direct response deals on behalf of all Ocean Media clients

    The Media Strategist is the strategic communication hub between Account Services and Media Investment, working with both to build strategies that deliver on client objectives within evolving media landscape. The Media Strategist will be responsible for developing thoughtful strategy through research interpretation and creative story telling. Must be a resourceful, solution-oriented multi-tasker and be able to not only leverage research tools, but also apply a critical thinking lens to the data. The strategy team as a whole is charged with creating a consistency across accounts, so attention to detail is key.

  • Receptionist

    JOB PURPOSE

    The Receptionist position for Ocean Media is focused primarily on answering phones and greeting guests in the front lobby. With a multi-line system; the phones are imperative to the overall functionality of Ocean Media . The position is also responsible for organizing and managing the inventory of various supplies,  assists Administration and the Human Resources team with various clerical tasks and responsibilities.

    • Answers and transfers all incoming calls
    • Greets, announces and verifies all guests to Ocean Media
