JOB PURPOSE
The position of Media Negotiator is responsible for negotiating, planning, buying and maintaining media buys in close liaison with their supervisor. This position is continuously developing and creating media strategies based on client objectives. Media Negotiators requires attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Media Negotiators must have the ability to manage multiple projects, communicate effectively, be deadline-driven and have strong negotiation skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plans, negotiates, buys and maintains media schedules for small to mid-sized initiatives for all things audio ( podcast, network, spot )/local TV & Cable/Print/OOO in conjunction with Media Supervisor
• Shadows senior team members on negotiations
• Evaluates new media opportunities and develops POV on key opportunities.
• Out of the box thinking needed to help take ideas from media plans to execution
• Oversee discrepancy resolutions and ensures timely and fair compensation for all assigned accounts
• Maintains and completes makegoods and ADUs for all assigned accounts
• Manages and completes post analysis for all assigned accounts
• Secures and manages added value for clients
• Evaluates new media opportunities and develops POV on key opportunities
• Provides accurate network information for proposal templates and guides Assistant Media Negotiators on completion of data entry
• Supports Assistant Media Negotiator(s) with log duties when necessary
• Works with the Account Services department to continuously, develop, monitor and adjust media schedules based on performance feedback from the client(s) and the Analytics department
• Along with client objectives, utilizes media research tools and resources to aid in campaign development and optimization when making recommendations for media buys
• Develops and maintains media partner relationships
• Trains and mentors Assistant Media Negotiator in conjunction with Media Supervisor
• Tracks the market for trends, opportunities, etc. and uses this information to make recommendations on what is best for the client
• Follows all company health and safety procedures

Looking for someone who works well under pressure, thrives in a fast paced environment, has local TV/ radio experience, has experience putting together out-of-the-box ideas, and has a passion for learning new media.
Experience in Local TV/Cable/Radio buying, Addressable, Network Radio, Streaming Audio, and Podcast. On-line sports betting and sponsorship experience is a plus.

JOB PURPOSE
The Media Planner is the strategic communication hub between Account Services and Media Negotiators, working with both to build strategies that deliver on client objectives within evolving media landscape. The Media Planner will be responsible for developing thoughtful strategy through research interpretation and creative story telling. Must be a resourceful, solution-oriented multi-tasker and be able to not only leverage research tools, but also apply a critical thinking lens to the data. The planning team as a whole is charged with creating a consistency across accounts, so attention to detail is key.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
The Media Planner should have agency experience in a planning role with knowledge using planning tools such as MRI, SQUAD, Scarborough, comScore, and Nielsen tools. The Media Planner should have a broad knowledge of online and offline media channels. The Media Planner will also have a basic understanding of Excel and PowerPoint as the Media Planner will be developing detailed cost outs and presentation slides and a working knowledge of campaign evaluation metrics and media buying.

JOB PURPOSE
The Sr. SQL Developer will work independently to learn, maintain, and enhance existing applications as well as develop new code to accomplish business needs for data analysis and automation. This role directly interfaces with end users and requires both strong communication skills and a strong commitment to UAT and functional testing. The Sr. SQL Developer will work with other developers and business team members in developing and supporting important applications. Developer will be responsible for ongoing development projects and supporting legacy applications, working integrally and very closely with the Director of Software Development and Operations, Business Solutions.
