  • Account Coordinator

    JOB PURPOSE

    On a day-to-day basis, the Account Coordinator assists and supports the operations of the Account Management Team, specifically, the Account Director/Account Executive.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Supports all aspects of day-to-day account management

  • Account Manager

    JOB PURPOSE

    The Account Manager will be responsible for supporting the overall management of his/her account(s) or line of business. The Account Manager represents the Agency’s management on a day-to-day basis at the Client level. The Account Manager plays a key role in developing subordinates.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Leads and supports efforts to engage with clients to identify key strategic goals and formulate innovative, actionable media plans that meet or exceed goals and drive client business
    • Builds strong relationships with clients and manage day to day relationships
    • Fosters a strong strategic relationship with key team members at all levels of the client organization
    • Provides support in day-to-day communications with the client, handling requests including plan revisions, budget changes, media POVs, marketplace updates
    • Owns all internal aspects of day-to-day account management
    • Develops client knowledge to begin architecting strategic plans and tests for the account
    • Partners with all cross-functional teams to assess performance, recommend optimizations and develop media plans to best maximize ROI

  • Media Assistant

    JOB PURPOSE

    The Media Assistant position concentrates on entering spot times and ensures pre and post logs are correct and sees to any needed corrections for various clients. The position maintains constant and effective communication with the Assistant Media Negotiators, Negotiators, and all members of the Media Department.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Requests pre and post logs from cable, broadcast, and local networks
    • Sends spot times from networks to Simix for processing
    • Trouble shoots and resolves any Simix problems that arise on a timely basis
    • Notifies the negotiator of any issues that arise daily with the account
    • Accurately tracks and resolves discrepancies and make goods along with Assistant Media Negotiator and Media Negotiator
    • Addresses any traffic rotation issues directly with the networks
    • Accurately submits finalized pre and post logs to negotiator for final approval
    • Submits approved pre and post log to account service team by due date and communicates any important information to the team
    • Monitors media dollars and impressions weekly and alerts the team of any discrepancies
    • Insures a fair and equitable distribution of spots according to daypart, day of week, and program
    • Communicates with networks and stations on a regular basis
    • Assists with general data entry and additional projects within the media department
    • Acts as back-up receptionist when needed and in the absence of the receptionist
    • General receptionist duties include: answering phones, greeting visitors, notifying employees of packages and other reception-related tasks

  • Media Negotiator - Local TV & Cable/OOH/Audio

    JOB PURPOSE
    The position of Media Negotiator is responsible for negotiating, planning, buying and maintaining media buys in close liaison with their supervisor. This position is continuously developing and creating media strategies based on client objectives. Media Negotiators requires attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Media Negotiators must have the ability to manage multiple projects, communicate effectively, be deadline-driven and have strong negotiation skills.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Plans, negotiates, buys and maintains media schedules for small to mid-sized initiatives for all things audio ( podcast, network, spot )/local TV & Cable/Print/OOO in conjunction with Media Supervisor
    • Shadows senior team members on negotiations
    • Evaluates new media opportunities and develops POV on key opportunities.
    • Out of the box thinking needed to help take ideas from media plans to execution
    • Oversee discrepancy resolutions and ensures timely and fair compensation for all assigned accounts
    • Maintains and completes makegoods and ADUs for all assigned accounts
    • Manages and completes post analysis for all assigned accounts
    • Secures and manages added value for clients
    • Evaluates new media opportunities and develops POV on key opportunities
    • Provides accurate network information for proposal templates and guides Assistant Media Negotiators on completion of data entry
    • Supports Assistant Media Negotiator(s) with log duties when necessary
    • Works with the Account Services department to continuously, develop, monitor and adjust media schedules based on performance feedback from the client(s) and the Analytics department
    • Along with client objectives, utilizes media research tools and resources to aid in campaign development and optimization when making recommendations for media buys
    • Develops and maintains media partner relationships
    • Trains and mentors Assistant Media Negotiator in conjunction with Media Supervisor
    • Tracks the market for trends, opportunities, etc. and uses this information to make recommendations on what is best for the client

    Experience in Local TV/Cable/Radio buying, Addressable, Network Radio, Streaming Audio, and Podcast. On-line sports betting and sponsorship experience is a plus.

  • Media Planner

    JOB PURPOSE

    The Media Planner is the strategic communication hub between Account Services and Media Negotiators, working with both to build strategies that deliver on client objectives within evolving media landscape. The Media Planner will be responsible for developing thoughtful strategy through research interpretation and creative story telling. Must be a resourceful, solution-oriented multi-tasker and be able to not only leverage research tools, but also apply a critical thinking lens to the data. The planning team as a whole is charged with creating a consistency across accounts, so attention to detail is key.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Collaborate with the Lead Planner and Account and Buying Teams to develop and implement local media plans across traditional and online media
    • Research and analyze data using industry and agency resources
    • Identify target audiences and analyze behaviors and media habits to develop recommendations with the goal of increasing brand recognition, gaining market share, acquire new customers
    • Reach / Frequency pulls and additional research as needed
    • Use SQAD to pull market CPPs, help formulate and outline goals
    • Collect and analyze information for various media channels (TV, radio, online, streaming, OOH) and assess the impact of the channels by market based on the client’s goals
    • Support the Lead Planner and account team for project execution
    • Responsible for flowchart development, and management/creation of other planning documents
    • Maintain complete and accurate media planning records
    • Issue buying specifications and input media plans into the buying platform
    • Communicate/distribute buying specifications and reports to appropriate team / team members
    • Resolve issues / answer questions that arise during execution of media plans
    • Assist in evaluating campaign performance in making plan optimization recommendations

    SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: 

    The Media Planner should have agency experience in a planning role with knowledge using planning tools such as MRI, SQUAD, Scarborough, comScore, and Nielsen tools. The Media Planner should have a broad knowledge of online and offline media channels.  The Media Planner will also have a basic understanding of Excel and PowerPoint as the Media Planner will be developing detailed cost outs and presentation slides and a working knowledge of campaign evaluation metrics and media buying.

  • Senior SQL Developer

    JOB PURPOSE

    The Sr. SQL Developer will work independently to learn, maintain, and enhance existing applications as well as develop new code to accomplish business needs for data analysis and automation. This role directly interfaces with end users and requires both strong communication skills and a strong commitment to UAT and functional testing. The Sr. SQL Developer will work with other developers and business team members in developing and supporting important applications. Developer will be responsible for ongoing development projects and supporting legacy applications, working integrally and very closely with the Director of Software Development and Operations, Business Solutions.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Attend business requirement discussion meetings, understand and analyze the requirements, confirm functional specification notes/documents before proceeding with the design and development.
    • Learn existing critical business application business logic and stored procedures used by the Analytics team. Make code changes in the stored procedures to implement new changes and resolve defects.
    • Troubleshoot production issues by debugging and reviewing the log stored procedures. Monitor production jobs, maintain, and enhance legacy processes on a regular basis. Fix defects improve running jobs with the help of redesign, and better ETL processes to meet business needs.
    • Work very closely with the existing DBA to design, model, develop, and maintain existing and new SQL databases objects required for all business solutions.
    • Support SSIS ETL process and jobs. Learn advanced level of SSIS development and support capabilities to meet organization’s business needs and requirement. Over the course of employment, continue to get better and grow in to a role as a regular SSIS developer.
    • Attend regular standup meetings, take direction, follow recommendations, and share status reports to his/her manager.
    • Work on more than one projects or tasks in parallel and switch attention between the ongoing development and production support investigation and restoration steps smoothly.
    • Confer with relevant team members where necessary. Study systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
    • Deliver functional work product that has been thoroughly tested from both unit and functional testing perspectives. End-to-end regression testing will also be required periodically.
    • Follow development team’s SDLC process. Accurately estimate time required to complete projects and tasks.
    • Meet mutually agreed upon deadlines for completion of modules throughout the program development.
    • Works well independently; capable of self-motivating and managing.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

    SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: 

    The Senior SQL Developer will demonstrate:

    • More than 7 years of experience in developing various SQL database objects such as tables, views, index, functions, stored procedures, and scheduled jobs in MS SQL Server Relational Database.
    • Require a very good working experience of T-SQL. Proficiency in complex stored procedures, writing complex queries with many joins and subqueries, user defined functions (UDF), database triggers, using tools like SQL Profiler and Database Tuning Advisor (DTA).
    • Ability to debug long stored procedures and derive business logic from code review of existing applications is important.
    • Usage and experience of cursor and CTE inside the stored procedures to process large data sets and apply data modification logic as per the business requirement is required.
    • Hands on experience in performance tuning and query optimization including updating statistics, rebuilding and re-organizing indexes. Experienced in normalizing and de-normalizing the tables and maintaining referential integrity by using triggers and primary and foreign keys.
    • Must have experience in Database Development, Design, Analysis, Supportof MS SQL Servers 2008, 2005, 2000 in Development, Testing and Production Environments with various business domains.
    • Project experience in SSIS ETL technology is preferred and required in future. Implemented incremental load for many SSIS packages. Experience in error handling, debugging, error logging for production support in SSIS. Experience in bulk importing CSV, XML and Flat files data using Bulk copy program (BCP).
    • Must have the ability to participate on group discussion with the analytics and business teams to understand the requirement. Analyze the requirements details, prepare functional specification notes to use in design, development, and testing.
    • Should have enough experience to perform both UAT and functional testing of developed features. Testing efforts will require preparing test data which may include bringing data from production environment and manipulating to meet the features requirement. Developer is expected to test effectively.
    • Ability to work independently and be able to collaborate and guide other team members.
    • Strong written and oral communication, experience on improving and presenting new design and solutions to senior leadership.
