JOB PURPOSE
The Business Analyst will act as the key interface between end users, analytics, and the business/application development team through analysis of existing applications, processes, and databases, frequent and effective communication between groups, requirement development, and extensive documentation. Key tasks include preparing detailed business requirements analysis, documentation, and some user acceptance testing.

JOB PURPOSE
Working closely with the analytics and account teams, the Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing data visualization for the organization. This individual will be expected to deliver unique business insights by packaging data in ways that will assist clients and internal teams in understanding complex analyses and data trends. The Business Intelligence Analyst will also support the data democratization movement for the agency identifying insights for specific audiences that will enable all levels of employees to leverage data for decision-making.
A successful candidate will work collaboratively across departments to understand the business needs for data visualization and proactively make recommendations as to the best way to present data in an easily digestible format. The role will require a strong knowledge of BI tools, but also must be able to see connections and make meaning out of the data available. He/she will be solution oriented, self-start, work effectively independently and as part of a larger team, and be a strong communicator.

The Digital Media Buyer – Programmatic is responsible for the implementation of daily management and optimization of assigned programmatic campaigns. This position will assist in strategy and planning responsibilities including research and insights derived from past campaign performance and cross client learnings. A thorough, hands on knowledge of programmatic media, Google’s Double Click Ad Products (DBM & DCM), AdWords and Facebook Power Editor is required. A critical eye for detail and a love for data analysis is a must. Experience with online video campaigns and accounts that focus on ROI is a strong plus.
