Ocean Media Bolsters Digital & Analytics Departments with New Hires
As we continue to add new clients and expand existing brands across new channels—TV, digital video, OTT, and programmatic—Ocean Media has also made strategic investments on key talent hires in the first half of the year. These new hires are part of our 2018 growth strategy and will help facilitate our ongoing expansion across all media buying channels. We are happy to welcome the following new hires in the digital and analytics departments and look forward to their expertise contributing to even more growth in the future:
Mark Shores, Data Scientist
Mark joins Ocean Media bringing with him exposure to account giants such as Verizon Wireless and Tiffany & Co. He will work with the analytics and development teams to develop algorithms for extracting and leveraging insights from client data to improve accuracy and the speed of optimization. He will be an integral member of the core team charged with developing programs and tools that derive actionable insights and identify opportunities for our clients.
Tathagat Dwivedi, Software Development Operations Manager
Tathagat brings 18 years of experience with companies such as Qualcomm and UnitedHealthcare. His insight of large external user base enterprise web and mobile applications development as well as production support will align with his projects at Ocean Media. He will manage our existing application portfolio which is designed to ingest, organize, analyze, leverage, and publish data throughout the organization and to our client base. He will also lead the development of new solutions and the establishment of a centralized strategy, policies and procedures of application development.
Shannon Bartholemy, Director of Digital Strategy
Shannon comes to us with 14 years of experience across healthcare, automotive, and financial services industries. Prior to joining our team she spent 5 years at the digital agency ymarketing (now Sandbox) in Newport Beach. In a rapidly evolving media landscape Shannon is leading the development of cutting edge, strategic cross-screen digital video media strategies. She will be managing current clients’ digital strategy planning as well as growing the department through expanding digital adoption with our current TV clients as well as developing new clients.
