Analytics plays an integral role in our agency ethos and value proposition to clients. As such, the Media Analyst will play a key role in driving and supporting customer and agency success. Under the direction of analytics’ senior management, the ideal candidate will independently and proactively answer measurement questions specific to campaign performance, trends and forecasts, across linear TV, streaming, and digital video. Collaboration with internal media, digital and account teams as well as interaction with client marketing teams is expected. The analyst will be expected to learn and leverage proprietary software applications, databases, and dashboards as well as academic and professional analytics training in support of client and internal measurement assignments.
As the analyst becomes more experienced with the role and industry, he/she will may be asked to help drive new data initiatives, participate in the development of new proprietary measurement tools and databases, process improvements, and the publication of analytics newsletters and white papers.
As a Senior Analyst, the ideal candidate will also proactively mentor less experienced analysts in analytical methodologies and opportunities to tell better stories through the use of data. Given this individual’s anticipated level of experience in data analysis, they are also expected to be an active participant in the ideation of new tools and opportunities for data automation across the agency.
Ideal candidates will be critical thinkers, intellectually curious, eager to contribute solutions to complex questions, detail oriented, quick learners, and self-motivated. He/She/They will be an experienced analyst and motivated to continue to learn independently and from teammates for the purpose of providing high-level analyses, solutions, and driving agency and client initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) required. Advanced degree (M.S., MBA, or Ph.D) preferred.
3-5 years related experience required. Ph.D degree accepted in lieu of experience.
