In a rapidly evolving media landscape the Director of Digital Strategy is leading the development of cutting edge, strategic cross screen digital video media strategies.
The Director, Digital Strategy is responsible for managing current clients’ digital strategy and planning as well as growing the department through expanding adoption with current clients and developing new clients.
This position also supports the client service teams, and has regular interaction with clients. The Director, Digital Strategy represents the Agency on a day-to-day basis with both current clients and prospective clients. This position participates and contributes to the continued growth of the department by providing strategic direction and participating in the management and mentorship of direct reports.
Bachelor’s (B.A. or B.S.) required
10 or more years related experience required
Compensation Range: $125-$160k/year. This is the pay range Ocean Media reasonably expects it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on level of experience, relevant skills, professional certifications, market pay, and demand for the role. Ocean Media reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
