Continuing the company’s six year streak of being ranked in the top-4, Overstock.com has once again been named number four by the NRF Foundation for customer service.
Overstock has become a mainstay on the annual NRF Foundation/American Express Consumer Choice Awards, and was also ranked number four last year. The survey polls around 10,000 consumers a year to get an overall opinion on customer service and then normalizes the data to get the final standings.
